Description
I create many custom pet paintings, however, his was one of the strangest commissions I've ever had. This was during a partial lock-down of establishments last year. I received a phone call from a lady that I had never met. She apparently heard of me & wanted me to paint her 2 Boston Terrier's as a Christmas gift. She had already made a deposit to me through my website.
She requested me meet in the parking lot of a hardware store. When I drove up to meet her, she had her 2 little Boston's, Cheech and Chong, in a shopping cart. I couldn't help but laugh heartily when I heard their names. She was in a hurry to go shopping so she wanted me to photograph them while in her cart prior to her entering the store.
She gave me her information and off she hurried. It was a bit of a challenge since the shopping cart was not the best way to take a photo. I completed it in time & she was thrilled with the results of Cheech and Chong

I've never seen a brown Boston Terrier. And that's a great backstory. Cute pups, great painting! l/f
